Children and extra beds:

Children up to 12 months stay free. Children from 1 to 3 years stay at € 18 per day. Children 4 to 9 years old, staying in extra beds with a 50% discount, while 10 to 14 years discount is 30%.

Payment of the deposit:

You must pay a deposit at the time of booking for an amount of € 250 per room.

Once the deposit has been paid you must send a hotel communication with the payment details to the hotel’s email address.

The remaining sum will be sold at the hotel.

 

Cancellation Policy:

As a rule, if the booking is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded but you can re-use it for another stay during the current season.

Advance payment by wire transfer or Paypal:

If the full amount is paid upon booking, please send proof of payment by bank transfer or Paypal by email. In case of cancellation, refund or any change of booking, please contact the hotel directly.

 

Changes to the reservation:

For changes to the dates of stay or the type of rooms or treatment, you must contact the hotel directly, with a minimum notice of [15] days, subject to availability by the management.

 

Set of stay

The tax is not included in the total amount and must be paid in cash at check-in.
The fee is € 1 per person per night and applies for a maximum of 7 nights to guests over 14 years of age.

 

Receipts and Invoices

Our booking system does not impose the issue of the invoice (or the receipt or tax receipt) to a consumer (not a VAT payer), according to art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and Article 2 (o) of Presidential Decree No 21 of 21 December 1996, 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No 274 / E of 5 November 2009).

Typically, a consumer does not need an invoice. You can, in fact, keep the order receipt of your reservation, sent by e-mail after confirmation.

If you still want to request invoice, please contact the hotel within 72 hours of your confirmation, specifying the details to which you will be invoicing.

Value added tax is included and is 10%.
